From December 1st through April 1st, no parking of any motor vehicle is allowed upon any public street or alley within the City limits between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. This enables the City to more completely remove snow from the streets, as the cars parked along the streets and in downtown parking lots make it difficult to accomplish a clean sweep during the day.
