Transient Lots


  • Limited to 1-month stay
With sewer, water and electricity:
  • $35 per day
  • $195 per week
  • $575 per month
Tents:
  • $15 per day

Non-Transient Lots


  • Seasonals - 5-month minimum
With Sewer, Water and Electricity: 
  • $2150 season (to be paid in full)

Winter Trailer Storage


On lot and in advance:

Boat Dock Space Rental


  • Limited number available
  • Boat dock space rental:$300 / season
  • Pontoon boat dock space rental: $300 / season
  • Boat / Pontoon Dock Space Rental: $15 / weekend rate - $30 / weekly rate - $100 / monthly rate
Dock space rental will terminate Sunday, September 19, 2021, to allow City crews sufficient time to remove docks prior to other fall duties.
