Joann is the City of Fremont's part-time assessor. She has been with the City of Fremont since April 2004. Joann received a Certificate of Achievement from Lansing Community College for the successful completion of Property Valuation and Assessment Administration Program. Joann is a Michigan Advanced Assessing Officer (MAAO) and a Michigan Certified Personal Property Examiner (PPE).
