When is my utility bill due?
The City sends bills every 3 months. Each bill covers the previous three months’ usage. Bills are generally mailed out the 15 of January, April, July and October and are due by the 15 of the following month.

For example, a City utility bill mailed April 15 covers January, February and March usage and is due by May 15. If the bill is not paid by the due date, a 10% penalty will be added.
