Filing of petitions for offices
The deadline for filing petitions for candidacy for the November 5, 2019 General City election is tuesday, july 23, 2019 by 4:00 pm
offices to be filled:
1 - mayor      two-year term ending november, 2021
2 - council members     four-year terms ending november, 2023
petitions are available at the city offices, 101 e main street, fremont mi, monday through friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

City of Fremont Public Art: "Inspired Hands"

Our latest project, “Inspired Hands,” will be an engaging public mural to be placed at the main intersection of downtown Fremont.

You can double the power of your money when you support "Inspired Hands"! Your gift will be matched by the MEDC $1 for $1 up to $7,000, but only if we reach our goal by September 3rd. All donations are 100% tax deductible.

 COLUMBARIUM INSTALLed at MAPLE GROVE CEMETERY

The City recently installed a Columbarium along the south side of Maple Grove Cemetery.  It is constructed of grey marble framing with black marble front plates for each columbarium space that can be personalized with engraving.  There are 64 niches, 32 on each side facing north and south.
