City of Fremont's Hybrid Form-Based Zoning Ordinance

The City of Fremont adopted the new Fremont Hybrid Form-Based Zoning Ordinance, which became effective on October 6, 2007.  It replaced the previous zoning ordinance in its entirety. The Fremont Planning Commission fine-tuned the adopted Zoning Ordinance, and those amendments became effective on December 22, 2008.  The current Zoning Ordinance is as follows:
