Industrial Park

The Industrial Park consists of nearly 150 acres, with 50 acres of prime land currently available for purchase and development.

History


The park’s original 31 acres were opened in 1977. In 1996, an expansion resulted in an additional 117 acres, which are fully platted and serviced. The property was developed in cooperation with the:
  • City of Fremot
  • Fremont Local Development Finance Authority
  • Newaygo County Economic Development Office
